QR menu for restaurants: from the menu to the payment

An ordinary QR menu shows a PDF. The Q-Pay menu is synced from the POS and lets the guest open the bill and pay on the same screen.

What a QR menu is

A QR menu means the code on the table opens the menu on the guest's phone. With Q-Pay the menu comes from your POS: when a price changes or an item runs out, the menu on the phone updates immediately. No paper menus to print and no PDF to upload.

How it differs from an ordinary QR menu

  • The menu is synced from the POS, not updated by hand.
  • Bill, splitting and payment on the same screen.
  • Three languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • Guests leave a review after paying.
  • No separate software or hardware for the restaurant.

For the guest

The guest sits down, scans the code and sees the menu. When the meal is over, the bill opens on the same screen: splitting, paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card and leaving a review take a few taps. No need to call the waiter or wait for the terminal.

For the restaurant

  • Menu changes appear on every table immediately.
  • Payment is completed at the table, staff spend their time on service.
  • Reviews are collected right after payment, while the guest is still in the venue.
  • The service fee applies to payments only and starts from 0.50 ₼.

Which POS systems it works with

R-Keeper, iiko, Smart Horeca and other POS systems. Menu and bill come from the same source, so the price the guest sees is always the price at the till.
